Growing up in Austin has made me passionate about its evolving landscape. It's my dream to spend my career covering the city I love and more importantly, the people in it. On-air hosting for Austin's NPR station and interning has given me an outlet to verbally communicate with Austin residents on news they need to know, but reporting is my passion, one I'm exploring deeper right now as a multimedia fellow with Spectrum News Austin. I want to combine my writing skills gained through my University of Texas education and internship experience with my passion for multimedia production to explore as many facets of journalism as I can, absorbing all the information I ingest as I go.
