Growing up in Austin has made me passionate about its evolving landscape. It's my dream to spend my career covering the city I love and more importantly, the people in it. On-air hosting for Austin's NPR station has given me an outlet to verbally communicate with Austin residents on news they need to know, but reporting is my passion. I want to combine my writing skills gained through my University of Texas education and internship experience with my passion for multimedia production to explore as many facets of journalism as I can, absorbing all the information I ingest as I go.
